Location

The Nieuwe Concessie is located in De Haan, the most beautiful of all coastal towns. De Haan’s many appealing features have been common knowledge for centuries, such as the authentic, Belle Epoque-style architecture (characterised by the ubiquitous low-rise buildings), a healthy environment, open spaces… This has made De Haan into the family-friendly seaside resort it is today, where people come to relax by walking, cycling and simply enjoying life. In addition, De Haan is easily accessible: right in between Knokke and Oostende, easy to reach by car, train and coastal tram.

The Nieuwe Concessie is centrally located in De Haan, within walking distance of the woods, 200 m from the town centre (bakeries, butchers, supermarkets…) and 700 m from the beach and the sea. It is also located in a quiet, healthy area, surrounded entirely by nature.

Concept / Architecture

In terms of traditional values, the Nieuwe Concessie picks up where the Oude Concessie left off. The classic feel of the stylish buildings, the sloping streets and the inviting little squares seamlessly blend in with the architectural elegance of the surroundings. The apartments have classical façades and feature all the luxury and comfort you would expect from a coastal apartment: spacious living areas and bedrooms, a modern bathroom and a fully-equipped kitchen. Space is expertly utilised and all apartments come with their own garden or terrace.
